at first a little boy ran around trying to get the ducks to scuttle away. after tyler kindly asked the boy to stop scaring the ducks we had quite an enjoyable time.
this big, fat goose came right up to us and ate out of our hands. its waddle was the funniest thing i've ever seen! since it was the largest animal around, it seemed to rule the roost. i thought it was so exciting.
after feeding the ducks, we walked the long way back to the car and the sun was shining so brightly. it was quite fairytale picturesque.

We go to that pond regularly in the summer. :) WE're scared of the geese b/c geese bite! But then again, they are almost as big as my kids, so it's a little scary seeing them come that close for food. :) I'm glad you got to enjoy the pond b/c it really is gorgeous. :)
